"Postnatal ward"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

Anything else?

I have been recently on postnatal ward for elective c-section.Have to say i have been very shocked how everybody was so kind and helpful.I had single room all 3days which was very clean and tidy.midwife and all rest of staff was amazing with communication and dignity. What just let me down was support worker which refused to helped me with a shower as i asked just next day after c-section.She just said will help you to stand up but wont help you to wash up.I just wanted wash my legs as I couldnt bend down.As I working like a support worker myself this was very disapointing..

Have to say big thank you to the day midwife, another lady which she looked after me all the first day my c-section, the night midwife, another day midwife and all the staff of support workers.I would recomemed this hospital especially this postnatal ward to everybody.Thank you Lenka
