I have been under the care of the diabetic care team at the hospital for about 2 months finishing today. They have assisted me in reducing my blood sugars from 11.5 to 7.5 and helping me with the change to Insulin, without their help I doubt whether I could have acheived this, They are so dedicated to their vocation and their patients. Their knowledge and their explanation was well passed on to me so I fully understood the procedures. A very gratefull thank-you.
