What I liked

Nursing staff very kind consultants not very sympathetic to children and behaved like parents were inconvenience, sat in coffee shop by main entance and approx 85% of people entering building (including staff and public both adults and children) do not use hand rub provided which I found very frustrating as my child caught a sickness bug during his stay

What could be improved

make a lot more effort to ensure people entering building use hand rub and remember its a childrens hospital and parents as well as children need to feel at ease with people who looking after them
