My 79 year old mother had a cataract operation carried out yesterday, 25/4.

I would like to thank all the staff we came into contact with, from her initial appointment with the Consultant, to the staff yesterday.

A special thank you to be passed on to two particular members of staff on Beckett ward, who, although busy, were attentive and caring at all times.

Also two members of staff in the Day surgery where mum was after the op.They looked after Mum (and me!) with care and consideration at all times. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. One could see I was a bit teary as I'm Mum's full time carer, and I was a bit over-whelmed with it all! The staff are absolute angels!

Thank you all, once again.
