Visited this clinic middle of feb, only to be told I need a op and would have it done in 3 weeks time, signed the consent form the same day as visit. It is now the end of april had not had a letter or phone call with an appointment for op even though now the problem I have has got so bad that I can't wear my copd mask at night anymore. This hospital really needs to get their act together
