What I liked
In the parts that I have visited, nothing.
What could be improved
I deal with mostly elderly people and related issues and work in a law firm. I am frequently visiting wards in the old hospital building and these are in quite a terrible condition both in terms of layout and environment. There is no privacy. Some of my clients that I visited looked positively neglected - one had Parkinson's Disease and was distressed because no-one offered to help him shave. He was dirty, unkempt and hungry when I saw him (I visited twice). I was told that he "would not eat" but no-one appeared to have offered him help - he could no longer fee himself and was very aware and self-conscious about that fact.
Staff in those wards are very loud and noisy which I felt was inappropriate (although, at the same time, I also feel that your staff are the best thing about this hospital!!)
The last four questions to the left are inappropriate for people who merely visit the hospital - this questionnaire should be "geared" differently to the various groups of people you are aiming to address.
