What I liked

I visited the hospuital about 10 times over the past year. It was always visibly dirty,the nurses were ran off their feet and appeared to be always working undermanned. You had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in the shabby enterance, now the law has changed you can still find yourself squeezing past smoking porters and others sitting on the fence at the enterance by the bus stop. The curtains round my aunt's bed had blood on them and other stains. I saw people with clip boards more than i saw nurses. Cleaning seemed to be done once a day in each area. I cleaned around my aunt's bed myself but found used needles and bloody cotton balls left on her bed more than once. Used plastic gloves wrapped up in a ball were also there.

What could be improved

One sunday my aunt waited all day for a doctor who kept promising to come and see her. the nurses did their best but the doctor was covering many other wards and was too busy to come.
