On 6/3/13 I was admitted to Essex Cardiothoracic Centre at Basildon Hospital for Heart Surgery, being transfered from Colchester Hospital. On 8/3/13 I had a quadruple Heart By-pass Surgery carried out. I was in Chelmer Ward, Colne Ward & The Critical Care Unit.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at all levels, I was treated with care and respect at all times , and wish to express my gratitude to all concerned in my recovery , during my stay at your hospital.

I attended Basildon Hospital on 24/4/13 for my revue and was discharged to the care of my GP, my surgery having been successful.
