I have been attending Bolton's ENT service for 12-13 years, and have never once felt like that I have been mis-leaded, or that I have been told things that are incorrect.

Anyone with problems with there ears I always recommend Bolton because of this.

I have spent all the years with you, with the same Doctor and he has been great. I'm off to university this year, and he has told me that I can stay under his records, and he will make sure all appointments will still be with him, and have them over uni holidays.

I trust him with my life!

All the sisters are also really friendly, and are always willing to chat, no matter how busy they look.

I'll be really upset for whatever reason Bolton must go.

Thank you so much for letting us know that you have had good care over such a long period. I can assure you that although health services may change in the future, Bolton hospital will not be going. We will pass your comments to ENT and wish you all the best at uni.
