I did not like anything abouit this hospital.

What could be improved

I find it hard to think who placed the assessment ward underground! No windows or privacy, with beds very close together. Just awful. Staff do their best but some of them are abit 'vacant'. I wont mention the food!!!

The assessment ward was very noisy as staff were trying to deal with a 'challenging' patient who was demanding every thing at once.The patient was awaiting a psychological assessment, so was permitted to do pretty much as she wanted, which ment she shout out orders and disrupeted the ward. No one took her in 'hand' The whole assessement ward should be moved, as its depressing without windows!
