Anything else?

I tried several times to get through to this hospital, only to be kept waiting by the automatic answering service and cut off three times. Then when someone did eventually pick up the phone they promptly put it down again that happened twice. All I can say is thank goodness it wasn't an emergency. Its disgusting.
