I’m very disappointment in the service I received on Monday.

I was scheduled for a cataract appointment on my right eye, which I have been waiting for, for over 6 months.

I also have had pressure problems with my left eye but they said that wouldn’t affect the operation on my right eye.

I had all the pre-op medication and saw the doctor who said that in view of my other problem with my left eye he was not prepared to operate on the right eye.

They also didn’t have any of my notes even though it was the same department.

I found the whole thing very disappointing and a waste of time both for me and the NHS
