10/10 for the care I received today, nurse and HCA were personable,caring and kind. Yes the waiting area is dim and a bit dismal but the people I met were a credit to the hospital, got seen and treated in just over an hour. Thank You!

We know that our A&E colleagues at the QEII provide an excellent service, but it's still nice to ready your feedback. We know that the team's doctors and nurses will be so pleased to read your comments.

As for the environment - by the Spring of 2015, a brand new hospital will be built on the QEII site, which will include a Local A&E Service (i.e. for exactly the type of reason why you attended the current A&E service recently). Like all new facilities, it will be so much nicer than the current 50-year-old building - and a lot easier to keep clean and maintained.
