(as the patient),

I had to attend the A&E department on Friday. The staff in all aspects from reception right through to seeing the surgeon were fantastic.

The surgeon told me I needed surgery the next day and this was all done.

I would like to express my thanks to the general surgeon on duty on Saturday and his whole surgical team for their help in getting me well.

I felt great after the op and was home within hours. Every single member of the hospital I came in contact with was brilliant. A fantastic job by everyone involved.

My sincere thanks to everyone.
