About: Harmoni / NHS 111

(as the patient),

I called 111 as I had pain in my kidneys. They arranged for a doctor to come to my house within the hour.

He did a urine test which confirmed a kidney infection and prescribed antibiotics. Now my infection is better. The service was very efficient and helpful.
