I had to spend some time waiting to see if a bed was available after admission which was very stressful.

The admissions ward on level F was bright and clean and the staff were delightful and very kind.

From my admission to surgery and via recovery to the ward all staff were professional, friendly and welcoming.

All areas I saw were very clean and cleaned regularly throughout my stay. Staff on F1 were amazing. The ward was bright and clean. I was treated very well throughout my stay. The staff on the ward were over worked but did not complain and still managed to do a very good job. Great team effort.
