croydon university hospital is the worst one ive ever been and trust me i have seen lots of them.im not surprised they have really bad cqc report

Very sorry to hear you had a poor experience when you came for your appointment. We have made many improvements to our maternity services since the CQC report some time ago so it is disappointing to learn we didn’t get it right for you.
Could you contact our PALS team on 020 8401 3210 or email talktous@croydonhealth.nhs.uk with some details of when you came and what happened so we can see what can do to improve more?
