Anything else?
Had been referred from UCL stroke unit and tried to call numerous times. Nobody answered most times, even after just seconds before was busy. So have to give lowest ratings possible.
I wish that UCL had not referred me to Royal London..
"Poor service - nobody answers phone outpatients..."
