Anything else?
Prior to attending the Aylesford Unit on the 7th April for a consultation, I went to the hospital for a blood test. On arrival I initially took a ticket and sat in the waiting room. When the next number was called I noted that there were eight people in front of me and estimated that I would be waiting approximately an hour. I then saw the notice advising Aylesford Unit Patients only to ring the bell. Upon doing this I was immediately shown in to the treatment room, the blood test was carried out and I was on way out in a matter of minutes.
I would like to thank you for your thoughtfulness in providing this service to cancer patients. As the nurse quite rightly said, ‘You have enough to put up with, without sitting in a queue for a routine blood test.’
Again, my sincere thanks for providing this thoughtful service.
"Great service for cancer patients"
