Anything else?
Had appointment for Day Surgery - Laparoscopy on 18th April. I had to stay in over night due to high BP and nausea. The staff in Avery Hill Ward were friendly, caring and yet professional. Even the Tea Lady was the same. Although having a procedure is never pleasant, the staff were welcoming, caring and reassuring. Nothing was ever a problem considering they had a full ward to care for. The antithesis' were also professional and caring.
