I would just like to say a huge thank you to the reception staff, doctor and all the nurses. Having got a very important appointment totally wrong for my mum the staff made sure we were seen and could probably see how stressed I was. They did everything possible to make us smile again and have totally restored my faith in people. Mum was seen by the district nurses today and everything seems so much better today.

The reception staff always smile and really are so kind and helpful. We have been going for quite a few years now and it's the same staff every time. Thank you for the bottom of my heart.
