What I liked

I came into the Treatment Centre for day surgery.

Reception

I was welcomed at the front desk, spoken to with courtesy and professionally.

Nursing/ ward staff.

All staff were friendly, helpful, sensitive to my needs, so caring, entirely professional and nothing was too much trouble. These staff members are the backbone of this department.

Anaesthetist

He was patient and listened to my concerns and addressed them, he was so very sensitive to my need.

Surgeon

Again professional, thoroughly explained what would happen, reassuring.

Recovery room staff

All staff were very reassuring, caring, respectful, highly courteous, highly professional.

The Treatment Centre is well built and well maintained, domestics need to be congratulated on the cleanliness of the department - it is spotless.

I am entirely satisfied. Twice I have had surgery at MK Hospital and both times I have been unable to fault the Trust. The quality of care is unsurpassed.
