I can't give the staff enough credit from the nursing staff and cleaners on this ward. My mum needed a lengthy stay on this ward following a brief stay in hospital. Her nutritional needs, hygiene needs and psychological needs were all met with the professional and compasionate staff. There was involvement from ward aid, nursing team from auxiliary to ward manager doctors, IT and physiotherapists and all gave reassurance and confidence in their care. Relatives were well informed and for the most part involved in the decision making process.
