From my first visit to the doctor in January, the Doctor I saw was very good and very efficient. Helped me to Hospital for MRI scan and then for physio.

The physiotherapist was also very good. She advised that my problem will take time to resolve. I am no longer receiving treatment and have made good progress. The care I have received has been excellent.

The only downside was when I was taken to King Lynn Casualty Department and the treatment was appalling.

Thank you for providing your comments on several services.I'm delighted that you found the physio care at Dereham Hospital excellent and have made good progress.I'm afraid I can not comment on the service you received at Kings Lynn Casualty Dept as it is outside our Community Trust.If you wish to persue this further I suggest you talk to the Patient Advice and Liaison Service at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital
