"Knee Replacement - Excellent hospitality "

About: Kingsbridge Hospital Tamar Referral & Appointments Centre

(as the patient),

November 2012 I was aware of my right knee joint which was becoming more painful and my mobility deteriorating, walking with a bad limp.

I visit my doctor in December 2012 who sent me for an X Ray in South Hams Hospital. Saw my GP the next week for results, she told me that she would refer me to orthopaedic surgeon at South Hams, whom I saw in late January this year. Saw him again, in February 2013 and he offered total knee joint replacement in mid February, 11 days ago. The hospitality was excellent - fantastic teamwork at all stages.

Thank you very much for you feedback. We will be passing this onto the Matron at South Hams hospital in order for her to share your positive experinces with her team.

Thank you for your time and feedback, we appreciate it.
