Thank you for commenting on your experience. I am sorry it took longer than you expected to be contacted by TRAQS. However, we are not aware of a patient's need for referral until we receive the information from the referring GP. This can take a few days depending upon the referring practices internal processes, TRAQS aims to contact all patients with urgent referrals within 24 hours of receipt of referral details and all routine referrals within 5 working days. We are sorry if you feel we fell below the expected timeframe.
