The care I received today was excellent. On arrival at reception I was met with a pleasant receptionist, then when I was having my bloods taken the nurse was very pleasant, made me feel very relaxed and treated me with respect and dignity. I was asked all relevant questions and then the bloods were taken very easily and I felt no discomfort.

Treatment today was exceptional and I only wish this could be the same across the services!
