Dear ‘Joker196’,

Thanks for your comments about the TRAC service, I can only apologise we could not offer you a sooner appointment with the Neurology team. At TRAC we are able to offer a choice of appointment, location, date and time. At times some hospital departments become busier than others and there may be a longer waiting time for your first outpatient appointment.

I would like to reassure you that the hospitals operate an 18 week referral to treatment patient pathway. Your referral would also be clinically graded by your GP and assessed by the Neurology team.
