Nice relaxed waiting (reception) area, feel quite safe. Appointments are on time, especially if you inform that you might be late or manage to arrive punctually. Service is good. Feel easy, can communicate to Dave about any ongoing problems without hesitation. He listens, gave good advice, very helpful, meaning he's keen to help.
