What I liked
I was taken to the hospital in the ambulance with my Nan after she collapsed in a restaurant and found all the staff to be very professional, friendly and reassuring, and funny when it was appropriate, the hospital seemed clean and as pleasant as possible. Overall it was a bad experience that the staff made so much easier so I thought I'd leave a positive comment to show my appreciation, so thanks!
