What I liked
I took my sons (children)who were a patient to the outpatient department for two different issues. The clinical staff were courteous when you finally got to see them.
The respiratory dept was set up well being able to see all the team in one visit which was great.
The gastro department was not as well set up.
What could be improved
The hospital apperared dirty, lights missing in corridors filthy lift lobbies. Appointment system not user friendly did not offer choice and took too long to get a follow up appointment.Staff on reception not really helpful about telling you where you need to go or what is happening if there is a delay.
