From my very first contact with Stafford hospital following referral from my GP, my case has been handled efficiently, politely and in a friendly manner. All staff were informative, giving me all of the information required, and answering all of my queries. I firstly required an endoscopy. The staff of this department made every effort to preserve dignity, under testing circumstances. I was then admitted to day surgery where again, staff from orderlies to surgeon and anaesthetist were informative and helpful. In brief, I felt that I was treated very well throughout my dealings with the hospital, and I thank all of the staff for their care and courtesy.
