"Radiology care"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

Anything else?

I visited radiology on 8 April for an ultrasound scan (frozen shoulder) this was followed by an MSK injection, which was far more painful than I had anticipated but the doctor and the nurse in with him were both very supportive and encouraged me through the pain (the nurse offered her hand for me to squeeze - and it helped!) I was very pleased with the service and although the cortisone injection has not fixed my frozen shoulder I do have a little more movement/mobility. My thanks to the doctor and the nurse for their help with a persistent difficulty/discomfort.

Please note: Radiology doesn't seem to be listed in the 'little more information' box below??

Thank you for your feedback on the radiology service which we will share with the team. We will also review the information on the NHS Choices site in line with your suggestion.
