Anything else?

My patience had worn very thin with the treatment my father had received. Been to your TRUST 4 times in 6 weeks each time you send him home only for him to return withiin the week. Your nurses so rushed off their feet it takes them 5hours to change hus blood soakef clothes. He can't speak so they leave him without an alarm so because he was attsched ti a drp couldnt get to the toilet in time. One day no one cleaned his meal trays away until the night staff came on. Shocking! Oh and night staff actually that was 2 nurses to cover s whole ward including some poor lady who really needed to be in s secure unit.your stsff need s medal which is more than I can say for your consultants. Reduce senior management and bring back the ward sister. Oh by the way my father has been on so many units being moved at 2am is ridiculous. A and E is just one along with day unut eau

We are disappointed and concerned to hear about your fathers recent treatment at our accident and emergency unit. We hope that he is now on the way to recovery and welcome you to contact our patient advice and liaisons service at PALS.NT@nth.nhs.uk or phone 01642 624719 so that you may voice any concerns and we can make sure this situation does not happen again.
