What I liked

Once admitted, the staff were generally kind and helpful, with the odd exception.

What could be improved

The triage nurse was extremely rude, not just to me, but other patients too. I was in acute pain but was left in the corridor for two hours without any pain relief until they could clean the side ward because the triage nurse decided I was infectious! The food was pretty awful and very small portions, not conducive to speedy recovery, toilets were not cleaned the whole weekend. A pretty miserable experience. Too few nurses and mixed wards!!
