What I liked

I went into hospital on 23/5/08 for sinus surgery. I choose this hospital after a poor experience at another. I was still a little worried as it was such a large hospital.

I need not have been. I was on F5. There are those who exceeded my expectations namely a Dr who put me in the land of nod. A nurse who cared for me when I awoke. The Staff Nurse and another brilliant staff nurse on F5 that night. It does not mean however that those not mentioned were not good. I have nothing but praise for all who attended me.

It was almost as if I was private without the bill. Thank you so much to all F5, it goes to show what a little care and consideration means to us patients. As for the consultant, what a contrast between him and others I have seen.
