My stay at Castle Hill has opened my eyes to the fact that one hundred percent excellent care is a reality in the NHS. We have all heard of the bad stories about some NHS trusts, but after staying at the Royal for two days and then being taken to Castle Hill Hospital where I stayed several days more, it makes me wonder if the bad stories are true. I found that the level of care was excellent, the food was the same, excellent. While there I was ex-rayed, scaned twice, heart monitored, and two or three times a day checked for blood pressure and pulse rate. It was nice to know that I was ok.

The interest of all the doctors and the nurses and staff in my wellbeing will stay in my memory for a long time. By the time I got home I really felt on top of the world. I want to thank you all for my care personally and running an excellent NHS hospital. Thankyou.
