Some of the Staff are very caring, others seems to have an attitude that the patients are a hinderance to other duties etc, that they want to carry out. Phoning the Hospital and getting in touch with wards is an absolute nightmare, my family tried constantly to check with my ward to see how I was progressing and mainly had to give up, noboby seemed to accept any responsibily and if the phone was answered, they were always passed on to another number, which inveriably wasn't answered.
