I have had cause to visit QA a number of times for different reasons over the last few years, including a stay there. I have always been impressed by the care and service received, until to-day! I attended the maternity department to-day, 20-4-13, with my daughter and her boyfriend. She is 34weeks pregnant, and is being monitored closely due to her having a stillborn baby in June 2011. We were going for a fetal heart trace, an appointment which we have all attended before with no problems. To-day the midwife on duty decided I couldn't go in with them as there was no room! Despite me being in there with them the other day! Those are the rules she said, and her attitude was bad! We were all upset, as you can imagine this is an anxious time for all of us. I have taken her name.
