"Cardiology unit, Mr Loubani and Ward 27"

My husband David had a triple bypass on 5th March 2013 in the care of Mr Loubani and the fantastic team on Ward 27. He had waited 6 months for the op following a heart attack. From the moment he was admitted the care and attention was second to none. I rang regularly for updates on his progress and was never made to feel a nuisance. The Nursing staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Mr Loubani and his team performed the op and today, 7 weeks later as an outpatient at Grimsby, my husband was discharged from his care as everything is progressing as it should be.

We cannot thank the team enough for making what has been a scarey time into something incredibly positive and for giving my husband a new lease of life.
