Generally very good, although there was a 50 minutes delay when I attended for my appointment, but in fairness there is a notice displayed in waiting area, to the effect that each patient is given as much time as is needed and that this may cause delays - which is fair enough.

Thank you for your comments. The Trust is committed to listening to patient feedback and improving their experience. Since April 2013 the Trust has been looking at improving the provision of Information to patients waiting in the outpatient area and have developed an action plan to improve waiting times based on feedback from a patient survey undertaken to all outpatients who attended our clinics during one week in June 2013.
