My daughter has recurring tonsilitis and ear infections. We only waited ten minutes after our appointment, She had her hearing test, the person doing it made us all comfortable, was very encouraging to her during the test.
We then waited in reception for 5 minutes before seeing the consultant. Was happy with the service, answered all of our questions and reassured us about the outcome.
