What I liked:

I have only been in this hospital for day surgery and pre/post operation appointments. On arriving for my first appointment I found the car parking very easy and the security man on the gate very helpful. .Making my way to the reception via the various well signed corridors it is very apparant that the cleaning staff know what is required. Reception was well organised and my appointment only 4 mins late. This hospital forefills my ideas of a well run, clean hospital that I would been only too happy to return to if necessary.

What could be improved? Some of the nurses appeared to be standing around chatting but as it all 'runs' so well does this matter? Before discharge on the day of surgery a nurse talking to me took a call on her mobile phone which did not seem to be very professional, which was shame as up to that point everything was professionally carried out.
