In view of the adverse comments the NHS receive, I would like to say how well your consultants and staff have dealt with me. All appointments were kept on time, the different sections of ENT were most efficient and professional. I would be most grateful if you would thank your staff for their efforts as it was most appreciated. Thank you for all the care, there was even room in the car parks.
