About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was admitted for an arthroscopy to the day unit during April.

I would like to praise the care and attention I got there from the receptionist, surgeon, nurses and all the staff. The care and attention was exceptional.

Thanks to the young nurse who wouldn't let me sit on my own in reception until my wife arrived to pick me up.

An efficient, effective unit. All praise.
