The out patient car park does not have marked out parking areas and when I visited there were cars parked with huge gaps in one bit were 6 cars could have easily parked there were only 3 cars. Please could you mark out the car park areas and also found some patients who could not find the exit gate so trying to come out the in. Could do with direction arrows and signs.

Hello again - just to update you; our facilities manager has asked me to say: "We acknowledge that within resources and competing priorities there is limit to the maintenance which can be done; however the outpatient car park is one which is intended should have a relining scheme undertaken during the summer months when hopefully it is drier!!! At the same time, noting the reference to directional signs we will undertake to check this out."

So, whilst I hope you are well and will no longer need to visit outpatients hopefully you will see improvements later in the year. Thank you again for taking the time to feedback to us.
