"I visited my partner in the Phoenix ..."

I visited my partner in the Phoenix Rehabilitation Centre here for seven weeks in May and June in 2008 where he was being treated for a stroke. The fact that he was able to leave and come home so soon after such a serious brain haemorrhage testifies to the exceptional level of care he received by the staff at all levels, doctors, nurses and the rehab team. It is the best hospital that I have seen the inside of and we both cannot praise it enough.

What could be improved? Just keep it open. My partner was transferred here from QA where the level of care was quite shabby.
