"Trying to book an appointment for an HSG Scan"

Hi,

Extremely disappointing experience with this hospital. Told on the first day of her period to come in for a blood test and to book an appointment for my wife to have an HSG Scan and told no appointments, call back next month. Farcical experience!

She needs to call back next month and there is no guarantee of an appointment. We are expected to go through this process every month until successful.

That makes us feel really let down by the NHS and this Hospital in particular and we have no course of redress or alternatives.
