What I liked

I recently moved to the area from Southampton and have been treated for a sight problem. I have been really surprised about the outstanding level of service. My Father and Grandmother back in the Southampton area where both reffered to hospital for different illnesses in the same week as I was. Whilst I am awaiting test results they are still waiting for initial appointments.

Staff at QA and St Marys have always been welcoming and polite and I've always felt confident in their treatment - My family and I can't not say anything similar about the staff or treatment in Southampton.

What could be improved

My only recommendation would be parking - I have found it difficult getting to appointments occasionally.
