"Unhappy with treatment at walk in centre"

About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Kirkby

(as the patient),

Visited walk in centre recently. Severe swollen glands had trouble swallowing. Was told nothing was wrong and to gargle water. (Went to doctors this morning told I had tonsillitis).

My sister also visited the walk in centre last week was also told nothing wrong come back in couple of days. (Went doctors was treated for bronchitis and ear infection).

I feel going here is a waste of time.
